SIXTY
Support
Mail reaches a person, not a queue. We aim to answer within two working days.
Email support@lumenlabshq.com with what happened and, if you can, the phone and iOS or Android version you are on. If it is about a specific account, write from the address you signed up with — it lets us find you without asking for anything else.
Deleting your account and your data
You can delete everything from inside the game, without asking us and without waiting:
- Open SIXTY
- Go to Profile → Account
- Choose Delete account and confirm
That removes your account, your score history, your leaderboard entry and your display name immediately, and clears the game's data from that device. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot get into the app — a lost password, a phone you no longer have — email support@lumenlabshq.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will action it within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
Gameplay analytics are not deleted along with the account, because they carry only an anonymous identifier and never your email or name; once the account is gone that identifier no longer refers to anybody. If you would rather they were removed outright, say so in the same email and we will delete them too.
Common questions
I lost my scores after changing phone
Score history follows an account, not a device. If you created one, sign in on the new phone with the same email and your history will be restored the first time the game reaches the network. If you never created an account, it lived only on the old device and cannot be recovered — we have no record of it, by design.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen choose Reset password and enter your email. A reset link arrives from our authentication provider. If it does not, check your spam folder before writing to us.
I missed a day — can I play yesterday's rounds?
No. The day's five rounds are the same for everybody who plays that day, and they close when the day does. That is deliberate: a score is only comparable if nobody had longer to get it.
My display name is wrong, or I want it removed
Display names appear on a public leaderboard. You can change yours in Profile. To remove it entirely, delete the account — that removes the leaderboard entry with it.
Someone's name on the leaderboard is offensive
Email support@lumenlabshq.com with the name and we will remove it.
Do I have to make an account?
No. The entire game is playable without one. An account exists so your score history can move between phones and so a leaderboard score can be attributed to somebody — nothing else.
Privacy
What the game collects, why, and who else touches it is set out in the SIXTY privacy policy.
