Lumen Labs Limited
Privacy
This is the company-level privacy policy for Lumen Labs Limited. It covers this website, and sets out how we handle data across our games.
Each game also has its own detailed policy, written against what that game's code actually does. Our games run on different infrastructure and collect different things, so where this policy and a game's own policy differ, the game's own policy is the one that governs it.
The short version: we never sell your data. You can play our games without giving us anything, and an account is optional. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
1. Who we are
Lumen Labs Limited is the data controller for this website and for our games. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16386579, with our registered office at 1 Woodlands, London, SW20 9JF, United Kingdom. We publish games under our imprint Red Vector Games.
For anything in this policy, write to support@lumenlabshq.com.
2. What this policy covers
It covers lumenlabshq.com, and describes at a company level how we approach data in our games. It does not replace the per-game policies, which carry the detail:
- Crosslane privacy policy — for the iPhone and Android game
- SIXTY privacy policy — for the browser game
If you were sent here from an app store listing, a social profile or a developer review, and you need the detail for one specific game, follow that game's link above.
3. This website
lumenlabshq.com is a static website. While you are reading it:
- No cookies. This site sets none.
- No analytics. We do not measure visits to this website. There is no analytics or tracking script on any page.
- Nothing to sign in to. There is no account here and no form to submit, so there is nothing for us to store.
- Fonts load from Google. The typefaces come from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve them. That is the only third party this website contacts.
- Campaign links. Some links to this site carry a
campaign tag — a path such as
/crosslane/tiktok, or autm_sourcein the address. When you then tap through to an app store, that tag is passed to the store so we can tell which post an install came from. It identifies the post, not you: we receive a count against a campaign, never your name, your account or anything that identifies you. - Leaving the site. Links to the App Store, Google Play, doubles.fit and sixty.redvectorgames.com take you to services we do not control, each with its own privacy policy.
4. Our games at a glance
| Game | Where it runs | Processor | Full detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crosslane | iPhone and Android | Google (Firebase), stored in the United States | Crosslane policy |
| SIXTY | In a web browser | Cloudflare, stored on Cloudflare's network | SIXTY policy |
What is true of both:
- You can play without an account, and without giving us anything.
- An account is optional, offered only once there is progress worth keeping, and it stores an email address.
- Choosing a display name puts that name, and your score, on a public leaderboard.
- You can delete your account from inside the game, or by asking us.
5. What we never do
- We never sell your data. Not to anyone, for any purpose.
- We never use your email address for marketing. It exists so you can sign back in and reset your access.
- We never ask for more than a game needs. We do not collect your real name, your location, your contacts, your photos or anything else a game has no use for.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, restrict its use, or take it elsewhere. In the UK and the EU those rights come from UK and EU GDPR; in California, from the CCPA.
The fastest route is in the game itself. Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account, your saved progress, your leaderboard entry and your display name immediately. See Crosslane support or SIXTY support for the full route.
For anything else, email support@lumenlabshq.com. We answer within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
If you are in the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
Because each game has its own policy, a change to one game usually appears there rather than here. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give clearer notice: in the game, or by email if you have an account.
